We invite you to join the Take Off Pounds Sensibly program. Current class is Wednesday afternoon at 3 PM. Watch for additional times later this fall. First session is free! We discuss eating choices that are healthy and activities to stay fit and healthy. Members will have annual fee for the program paid. Starting the change to better living can be started! Your first meeting is free.
